How to control anger/feelings
I get feelings of anger where I flip out over the tiniest thing, like if things dont go my way or someone won't do what I want them to do. I don't hit people or anything, I just I get angry over anything, like my boyfriend if he forgot to do something...
small or if he was late picking me up... things that wern't his fault. I've had this problem for years, I try and put it to the back of my mind, but I find I ruin my relationships with friends, family and my boyfriend because of the way I act sometimes. I say something, then regret it afterwards, I get paranoid easily and sometimes feel depressed about things. I don't know if I need to see a doctor or get medication to help me control these thoughts, I just want to be calm and normal again and it's getting me down, because on the underneath im a really caring person.
Oh, and I did have an ex for 3 years who treated me like dirt and messed with my head, and feel some of these feelings may be down to that, even though he split up with me over 2 years ago.
Thanks.
