Dear praveen_yadav,
Getting a partner that loves you and cares for you starts with you. You must never lower your standards...always seek out the best for yourself never settling for less then the best. By being the person you want your partner to be: in other words if you want a loving, caring partner then you must be loving and caring too. There is an old saying: like draws like...be kind, generous, loving etc. Never allow yourself to be treated badly and you will find someone just like you.
