I suggest first look at your weight,n try to aim to lift your weight on the bench.you may not be able to do it but that's ok,u will get there.if its your first day take it easy but not so easy.it is weight lifting,which means stress will be applied to your muscles.don't fret because all you have to lose is fat and gain muscles...I stress and will always stress to have a goal. Not too far out but something you can picture yourself doin,and being happy with yourself.ex..I was 180when I was 18 years old and my goal was that I would be a steady 200 lbs by 19 yeas old.did I achieve it? YES..because I went hard.I was a hard gainer.hopefully that helped.good luck ...ps don't 4 get to eat healthy low fat.rest,and stretch.and increase every week
