How can i become anorexic?

Hey everybody I'm Danielle and I really want to become anorexic because I hate the way I look I used to way 17st until I lost some weight but it doesnt seem to be happening quick enough I go to weightwatchers but my weight always stays the same. The only...

thing is I cant let my family and friends find out or they will try and get help for me. Can someone please help me if they can please write back to me.

you don't become anorexic.
anorexia is a disease.
and it can harm your body and your mind.
it's not something that you want to get yourself into.
i think you care too much about what people think.
love your body and love who you are.
it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks.
cause when people stare you down and girls give you dirty looks they envy you.
and they're jealous.
i know because it happens to me all the time.
it's all good thoughh. :]

a good way to lose weight is i take spin classes.
where you ride an excersise bike for like an hour, hour and a half.
and i watch what i eat.

if you don't eat that's not going to make you become skinny right away because your body is going to try and hold onto everything it has left in its system.

breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
try to eat smaller portions and have atleast 6 small meals a day.
that's how models eat.
