How do I become anorexic?

I know all the health risks blah blah woof woof! I'm really unhappy with my body image, I look in the mirror and see nothing but a gigantic fat..blob! I disgust myself, I feel physically sick just by looking at myself. I can pinch like an inch of fat on my stmach, and my legs are like tree trunks! I need to lose weight- fast! PLEEEASE!!! Share some tips! Help me!

Becoming anorexi isn't the best way to go about losing weight. This may be a shocker, how did you ever try diet and exercise? If not both... try one first and see how the goes. Also, stretch in the morning, I've found it losens you up during the rest of the day and gives you a little more energy.

Trust me you don't want to do that. If you want to get skinny get into some sports and work out. Eat healthy. k Now I'm not saying that you can never EVER have sweets again but cut down on your usual dose of sweets. And some sports that are good for your legs are soccer and track. You could also do gymnastics, that works everywhere I used to do it and now I'm not chubby, but that's only if you're willing to take care of your body.

Hopefully no one gives you tips on how to kill yourself through weightloss. I think people that ask questions like this are really looking for help. I would hope you can get that from people around you or from professionals. It is okay to be thin, but to be anorexic is completely unhealthy. Who's going to think you're beautiful if you look emaciated with your skin stretched tight over you bones, your hair thinning out, your teeth decaying, your skin sallow, your eyes sunken in? Why wouldn't you care that if you become anorexic you could die? So you're thin, but you're dead. I don't see the point. Please seek help. I'm sure you're at a healthy weight now and if you feel like you could lose a few pounds, do it safely. Exercise and eat a healthy lowfat diet.

Talk to people around you, your parents, friends, etc. Ask people you trust what they think of your weight. It's hard to take what they say into account, but if you trust them to be honest with you, take what they say to heart. Talk to them about your concerns and your obsession with your weight, they hopefully will be able to find you the support you need. They will have your best interests at heart.

Anorexia = too thin = dead.

You shouldn't do it. You don't 'become' anorexic or 'plan' this as a diet. Obviously you DON'T know how serious it is. Your thinking is so wrong. All the girls who get this twisted idea they WANT to be sick is backwards from the start. It is always, 'I want to be skinny, I don't want to be fat, I want to be thinner, etc.'. No one ever says they want to be healthy or they would like to lose a few pounds. Who truly defines fat and thin? The media? Your friends? Instead of telling you all the dangers of this disease, and there are many, I am going to tell you to get a grip on life. Stop letting peers and tv dictate to your how you should LOOK. What about the inside? Are you good at sports? What about math? Don't tell me there is nothing you're good at it. If I could take every young girl and shake you all and just hug you and tell you I love you JUST LIKE YOU ARE, I would. You have got be happy in your skin. Part of being happy is to be healthy. GET HELP. Sees therapy to help you overcome body image as a controlling factor in your life. There is still time. It isn't too late. It becomes too late when you DIE.
