Make sure to do exercise, and eat the right portions of food at each meal.

Balancing your weight is what you need to do at any extreme.

Don't get fat, though.

Ask your doctor what would be a healthy weight for you.

It also depends on your height.

your weight depends on your height too. how much is your ht? usulayy girls gain weight after marriage. I was 47 kgs when I got married and after I got my baby,it was alwz increasing. I think if you going weak, you should ask your dr. may be their is some prbl, like thyroid or anything else. I m nt making you scare bt just telling you wot I know.
if you hv no prbl and loosing wt just like that, may be pregnancy will put some weight.
or if you still want diets then go for fried stuff, butter on roti or naan, eat pooris, drink choclate shakes, pops.eat cookies, haldiram's snacks.eat sugars. dats all.

Whatever you do, don't just eat fat food and hope you'll put on weight. If there's some other reason you cannot gain weight you can still damage your heart and circulation by consuming too much fat.

First, if possible go see a doctor. The first thing he should want to check are your hormone levels as your thyroid could be under-active. He might want to check for anemia and diabetes too.

If there's no physical problem it may be that you are eating at times not suited to your metabolism. Do you eat at regular times? Do you combine your protein intake with grains?

Maybe the way you move is contributing. Lots of light running around (living life like an aerobic exercise) can really kick start the metabolism. When weight trainers want to put on mass they're sedentary for at least 36 hrs before doing vigorous exercise and then start the cycle again.

And lastly, are you happy? Grief can result in weight loss even when you eat. It's one of the body's strange little tricks.

BTW, I'm 5'2 and weighed 47kg for 20 years. It was the right weight for me and I weighed it no matter what I did. When I was ill I only weighed 42 and it took me 4 years to put the weight back on. Seek help and try to build it on slowly and evenly. As you approach your target weight you'll need to change your plan again so you stabilise at that weight.

Good luck.
