I mean, I have to be honest!! I'm worried!!! It's all over the place!!

You can't really avoid a epidemic. Unless staying home and shutting yourself off from the world. But that's not really a good way to combat that. Just because you have swine flu doesn't mean you're going to die. People blow the flu out of proportion.
