How to avoid becoming lazy?

I don't want to become lazy!! I want to try to stay away from that as much as I can!
I want to fill my day with everything I could do! I don't sit for one single second!
How can I do that if I don't have anything to do? Cause I started sitting on the laptop while I'm standing or moving or doing anything cause I realized that when I sit I don't want to get up anymore! Same thing with tv! It's been 2 months I didn't finish one movie!! I can't fill my time!! I read a book while I'm standing sometimes! But I also get tired sometimes! I'm a human! And I don't want to take a nap during the day so that I can sleep early for school!!!
I don't want to be lazy!! everything around me isn't helping me (except my I pod_lol)!!! Help!

Stopping for a bit is not a dreaded disease - sometimes necessary.

but if you stop for a little bit you can run what happens around you.. if you really dont want to get bored just think about diffrent things
watch how people do things like walk or talk( do they use excess motions?)
notice things like how the cars infront of peoples houses don't match very well...
just look at the world with more detail it keeps you thinking for a while

if you love your ipod go for a walk and play a game on it.

I do that a lot

If you can manage to get up and do one thing it'll get addicting. I find the more I do something the more I want to continue.
