How to ask this boy out?

How do I ask this one boy out that I really like, every time that I want to I can't because I get embarresed.Can anyone help me?

well... walk up to him and say somthing about a school dance or anythig like that coming up. say, 'r you going 2 the school dance?'
if he says no then ask him if he's going. DON'T BEAFRAID! IF YOU REALLY LIKE HIM THEN PROVE IT! DON'T LET SUM OTHER girl ASK HEM because YOUR TO SHY TO ASK HIM! it also works if ya'll went as a group like you and your friends went with him and his friends. then slowly go ut with him from there. hope this helps.
