How to ask a girl out?

ok well I think I have a pretty good time to ask a girl out...but how should I do it??? and what should I start with...ask her to go out with me or like to a movie or what...cause almost anything is in my budget...I am 13 but I work.

if you mean ask her out to be your girlfriend, then you don't have to get her anything at all.. just walk up and be like "hey I really like you, and I was wondering if you'd go out with me..?"

something really sweet a guy asked me out is I sat next to him in math, and we were drawing on my book and he said can I see your book, I want to draw you a surprise... and he wrote will you be my girlfriend. it was the sweetest thing ever, I couldn't say no, and I liked him for a long time lol.

yeah, but you're not in a relationship.. try asking her out first, and if she accepts it, then you can take her out on a date if you want.
