Hi!

There really isn't a way to predict how tall you will be. The best way to guess is to look at your parents heights, since some of it is genetic. if you have two tall parents, you will likely be tall. Same with two short parents. But it's all really a guessing game, you won't know for sure.

Good luck.

I wouldn't worry about it. I'm 15 and 5'4 and to certain people I feel like I'm short. Usually girls tend to stop growing around 16-18. You might grow more but you might not but whatever height you end up being is the right height for you!

There are height predictors on the web. Input your age, height, weight, and your parent's height and it will predict your height. Of course it is only an estimate but it is based on statistics. Here's one I used to predict my daughter's adult height:

You're at an important stage in your life (in terms of growth).
First off, be sure not to diet by abstaining food. My sister did this and she stopped growing.

What you need to do is exercise and eat healthy. This is critical. After you hit 18 or so, you're most likely not gonna grow anymore. You need to get a spurt now. Otherwise, it might be too late.

I know the term rest of your life comes very light to an adolescent (usually). But trust me, my sister's 28 now and she's still regretting all the food abstaining she did.

Your BMI is about 23, I'm not sure if this is muscle or fat. So don't take any of this personally. However, if you do not exercise frequently (like many, many adolescents nowadays), start doing so. It's better to be healthy now, at this important stage in your life instead of regretting it 5-6 years later, after you're height is fixed permenantly. Be sure you're able to run about a mile or two without stopping. If you cannot run a mile or two without stopping. Start trying now. With enough devotion, anyone that is short of obese should be able to do this within a few months.

Do not worry about weight. Your BMI is normal. Eat well. Eat healthy. Exercise well.
At this stage in life (although youths firmly don't comply to this), you shouldn't be worrying too much about body fat. If you work too hard to remove fat. You're gonna end up with small breasts (and butt), and you may regret it in the future.
But at the same time, make sure you do not turn fat. At this age, the fatty cells grow (after you finish growing, the fatty cells stop growing, in general). So if you're a typical girl, you will want the fatty cells to grow in the breast/butt area, not your stomach/legs.

In conclusion, eat well (not at McDonalds) and exercise well.

I just took my Calc 3 exam and there's an exam tomorrow. My head is killing me, and I don't think I wrote the above paragraphs in an organized manner. Just take what you can (decipher) from what I wrote.
