How should i cut my hair?

as you can see in this pic of me, I have long blonde hair. now I really want I cut, however I dot no how to have it cut? or what style...

can anyone help me???

my girl has this thing she gets done to her hair --razor cut where the ends are cut with a razor blade (by a professional stylist) it looks hot..much better than scissors, try that with a bit of layering and keep it to mid shoulder at max.
