i have sex with a stranger, and i think i got STD from her.
what the cure for sexually transmited deases?

There isnt one! In other wordsYou got it, its yours for life!! There is NO cure for STDS! And if your thinking about having sex again with a stranger, or anyone for that matter, i would hope you have the decency, and respect to tell that person! Condoms DONT protect you from diseases, in case you didnt know that!

there are cures for std's angelfire clearly doesnt know what shes talking about. go to your doctor and tell him what you think and he'll do tests to check you out. if you do have one then he'll find out what kind it is and cure you if possible. some although cant be cured such as herpes and HIV or Aids. in the mean time dont have sex with anyone else because your putting them at risk.

and condums do protect you most of the time. so always use them.

urine track infections can be cured by meds, gonaria (or how ever it is spelled) can b cured by meds,sifles (or however its spelled) can be cured by meds, and clamitia (how ever its spelled) can also be cured by meds. but def. go to a doctor and get tested.

I am a medical intern and noticed your post. first of all you need to see a physician NOW. Do not wait because STI's (most of them) can have permanent damage even if they are curable. Your doctor willtake a swab of your penis. This is done by taking a swab and inserting it about a centimetre inside and taking a sample. This will be sent to the lab.
Bacterial STI's (STD's) can be cured within a few days using antibiotics. Penacillian is the most prescribed, but some bacteria are not affected by this. Azithromycin works for Gonnorhea and Chlamydia and can be taken as one dose.
The only STI's that are not curable are the VIRAL infections. This is because a virus will incorporate itself into the structures of your bodies cells. Thus, you can not kill the virus without killing your own cells first. The major virus' are Herpes (1 2), Hepatitis A and B (C is rarely gotten through sex) and HIV (AIDS). These virus' can be detected through a blood antigen test (looking for immune repsonse to the infection).
Anyway you look at it - you NEED to see a doctor. There is no way out of it. You made a mistake by having unprotected sex, don't make the second by being irresponsable and not doing something about it.
