How to get a profile pic?

Ok, so I have looked all over this thing... and I must be missing something cause I can't for the life of me figure out how to put a profile pic on.
How do you get one on your profile page please?

On your profile page on the left, you'll see 'my Photos'

Click on that and you'll see 'Add a photo'.

Make sure your photo is jpg., gif., or png. format and be sure to include a caption.

If its to change your profile picture to another picture you already have on your profile then go to my photos then you should see at the bottomof the picture profile click that and your picture will change
