Actually depending in which country you live, it could be legal for cousins to marry and have children. Tinatodder you really are misinformed and judgemental.

You need to find out whether it is considered legal or not in your country and as for that then the general age of consent will apply.

The legal age depends on where you live. In the US it would be the same for cousins as it is for everyone else (normally 16 but the older party can not be over 18) however first cousins are not encouraged to sleep together. This would be incest and is extremely frowned upon, if not illegal.

Marrying your first cousin is actually legal (where I'm from, at least). If you can marry, then you can obviously have intercourse.
