yeah you need to be 18 or parent permission and parent permission has to be notarized

In the Uk its 18 and some will ask for proof of age. Any tattooist that tattoos under the age of 18 is not a professional and can be prosecuted. My own tattoist won't even tattoo under 18 with parental permission.

well theres a girl in my year (im 14) who has a tattoo on her wrist, I think it depends on te location and the standards ofthe tatto parlour, cause I know oher girls with tattos on their hands in the year above me
