u need a recovery day between work outs. you can work your abs every day but these it.I work chest shoulders back and abs monday then legs arms and stomach on tuesday do calisthenics on wendsday then chest shoulders back and abs thursday then legs arms an abs friday then take the week end off. work with heavy weight an do 3 reps of 10

How often should i workout?
Ok I workout maybe about 30 to 45 minutes. I do biceps, triceps, shoulders, chest, forearms and abs. How many times a week should I do this because I hear a lot of different opinions. I am also a guy not trying to lose Weight trying to get bigger.
