in windows xp internet options you can delete them right there if you wish. I use a program called easy cleaner once a week and delete them then. Some cookies are good; they are the sites you have your user name and password for when you visit that site. There are many programs that can help you save just the cookies you want. I usually wash them away with a glass of milk LOL.

Usually whenever I clean up my computer. Cyber-house-keeping. I don't like all that busybody stuff about me that is being done behind my back so I delete it as often as I think about it.
You just reminded me, so viola - cookies and temp files are cleaned up and gone!
Aww a breath of computer-fresh air. It's nice to have things clean!
I use a little program called HistoryKill and it deletes cookies automaticaly every time I close my browser. Safe and sound.

if you go on the internet then you should delete cookies and this is the only way i trust it has been deleted go 2 ur HD were windows is installed eg. C:/ or D:/ or F:/ like i go into C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Cookies then i delete every thing except index.dat then at the same tym i go into C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files and delete that 2 or 3 gigs of C.R.A.P in there and also as much as i can in C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp you will have more free space and could have deleted any trojens that were hiding in there to view the path C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files you have 2 go 2tools folder options, view show hidden files and folders then you can see C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files thats the only way that i trust its gone is that i do it myself hope any of this is handy 2 you shot Viper

How often do you delete your cookies?
How often do you delete your cookies? I don't often delete them, even though there are tons of companies that track me, how often I come back to their site, what my username is, etc, etc. However, sometimes I will delete the cookies to see if I can...
re-use certain features on some websites, etc.
Do you delete your cookies? And if so, how often?
