it depends some on what you weigh now.
but probably 10 pounds.

I lost 10 pounds by STILL EATING, but eating healthy and having heavy workouts :] hope I helped

Losing weight or not losing it will be the least of your concerns. After two days of starvation you'll start to feel irritable, lethargic, weak, confused, your immune system will start to deteriorate and you will not be able to maintain your body temperature.

If you want to lose weight, consider eating 4 small well balanced meals a day, and excercising 3 times a week.

I wouldnt suggest it. I didnt eat that much for only one day and I was throwing up all night

I know I have gone 3 days before without eating because I just didnt get hungry. You would deffinately feel very weak and not want to do anything and I had very bad head aches and got light headed a lot.

if you didnt die, your body would definently be screwed up
by not eating you become weaker, not skinnier
food is fuel\
and without furl your body has nothing to run on
youll become lazy, weak, and very sick
its not a good idea

you might gain weight b/c your body stores fat when it doesn't get food for a while.

it depends on your body. but after that week when you start eating again, you will gain it all back in probably 2 days, and you might even gain more. it's dumb and unhealthy. it will mess up your metabolism and it will be harder for you to lose weight. I've lost 22 by eating a lot. (healthy) and working out every other day. drink tons of water. it helps.
