How much weight will I loose if I only eat fruit during the day and lean protein and vegetables at night?

Is there another fast way to loose weight? (not healthy, slow weight loss!)

well how much do you weigh and how long do you plan on doing this because you could loose a reasonable amount of weight but over time with exercise but make sure to eat meats or take vitamins or pills that vegiterians would take

well it all depends on how much you weigh now, how many calories you are now taking in, campared to what you will be. along with the amount of activity, or exercise your expending to lose calories. Protein is used for energy which causes weight loss through water loss, whick lowers lean body weight with exercise. So the more you exercise and speed up your metabolism they more your'll lose.

Doing the atkins diet is like helping you to your grave a lot earlier than you shuld be going. You also don't need vitamins, pills or supplements if you eat organic foods. Your medicine is in your food. If you juice your fruits & veggies and don't eat solid food for 15 days you can lose lots of weight and it is a healthy way to lose weight. Cut out the meat which isn't healthy either. You can get your Protein in your fruits & veggies.
