How much weight should I lose?
I weigh 127 pounds and I'm 5'4. I need an idea so I can have some sort of a weight loss plan.

Sounds to me like you don't need to LOSE weight. I'm 5'4'' as well, and weigh about the same as you. What really matters is how in shape you are, weight is just a number, really. You don't need a weight-loss plan, you need an exercise routine to get toned. Muscle weighs more than fat, so don't freak out.

You shouldnt lose anymore weight you look good where you are... dont change if you get any skinner you will look terrible.

hey, you're fine, honestly coming from a guy, you don't need to lose weight, I just reviewed your pics and it seems like your fine, all you need to do now is change that idea in your mind saying that being thin is wats right, because it's not

Rather than loosing weight, just focus on becoming physically fit...any weight you loose will just be a bonus.

you're BMI is 21.8, so you're a healthy weight.
you really don't need to lose anything, but if you want to maybe just a few lbs.

Stay right where you are, little missy! Too many of my students eat celery sticks at lunch or else starve themselves because popular culture has brainwashed them into thinking that a conventional figure is an overweight one. You obviously don't have that issue if your pictures are any indication. You'll only need to develop one if you let yourself go, and your body starts making gurgling noises when you walk.
