According to your height of 5' 1' your ideal healthy weight is 118 pounds. Your recommended weight range is between 105 and 132 pounds.

I'm 5'3' tall and I weigh 127 ..I'm not supposed to weigh over 130...however..most of my body is muscle because I am in Karate, I run, I work out on a daily basis, I play DDR, and I eat healthy. It's not really about how much you weigh. Weight doesn't really reflect mass. Your weight can be heavier from muscle than fat. If you have a little pudge that's not bad. If you're not way overweight, you may try toning up instead of losing weight. Most people just diet away pounds and are super unhealthy skinny looking. As I said, if it's an option, go for tone. If you need any advice on workout routines I could prob. help.
