I am a 16 year old girl, wondering how much I should weigh if I'm around 5'7.

How can I Lose 1 pound of body weight per week?

One pound of body fat is equal to about 3500 calories. So to lose 1 pound of weight per week, you need to eat 500 calories/day LESS than you burn.

But it's not a good idea to lose weight simply by cutting calories. As well as decreasing calories you should increase your daily physical exercise. This helps to burn calories and build more lean tissue which in turn burns more calories.

Another thing that helps to lose weight is to always eat a good breakfast. That helps to jump start your metabolism which helps start burning calories. Also, try to drink 8 eight ounce glasses of water every day. One before every meal (except breakfast) and before all snacks. That helps curb your appetite which helps reduce caloric intake.

I am 16 as well and exactly your height well actually I am 5ft 6 and a half and I weigh 140lbs but I am all muscle because I play a lot of sports so I weigh a bit more than I should but around 140 is about right thats what my doctor says

I am 13 in a month and I am under weight. I know this from the BMI and I got like 16 and thats NOT good. So does anyone know how to gain weight in about 2 weeks? I want to gain some before the next school term starts. By the way I do not like eggs
(for example: breakfast food) so do you have any other ideas? I am trying to drink about 3 glasses of full cream milk per day.. will that help? please I need answers!!!
