It depends on your height, age and genetics. To find out if you are overweight, underweight, or in between try a BMI at http://www.nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
Just enter your weight and height and it should tell you an accurate guess of what you should weigh (Instructions are on the site).

BMI doesn't consider fat and muscle as different masses though. Make sure to also check your fat percentage. You can be extremely healthy and have a lot of lean muscle, which would increase your weight. Then the BMI would say you're unhealthy! So make sure that you're also considering that fat and muscle weight differently.
