okay with my experience counting calories sucks lmao so what I do is just have three meals a day make them full meals with protien, vitamens, and suppliments thats all you need, drink plenty water and make sure that if your hungry inbetween meals to eat fruits or health bars or something that can hold you over until your next meal and that is healthy for you. But with that calorie question I would suggest around 1800 or 1900 calories per day for you, but 2000 is not a lot for you, just skim out your meals and you'll do fine ^^

How much should i eat to maintain my body weight?
I'm 5'1 and about 91lbs (I think that's about 6 stone 5)
I don't wanna lose any weight because I know I don't need to, but I don't wanna gain any either.
I don't get that much exercise, probably about 30mins a day.
Roughly how many calories a day...
should I be eating to maintain my body weight?
I find 2000 is too much but I don't wanna be eating too little incase I lose any more weight?
