How much should a 14-year-old female weigh (in stones and/or kg), the height is 162 cm (just over 5 ft 3"). Please answer.
average weight is 38kg-50kg
or 84lbs-112lbs
This is not specific, just on average. So it will vary depending on the person.
I'm 15, 45kg and 5ft3. I am told that this is healthy for my age and height.
-If you want to gain weight healthily, eat lots of potatoes (mashes potatoes, and baked/jacket potato) this will give energy/carbs. -Meat like chicken, lamb, pork -A big breakfast in the morning can also help (like bacon and eggs, cut up fruit and whole milk) -Fruit in equal proportions like melons, apples, bananas, kiwis -Instead of eating small amounts of food a lot, eat optimum amounts regularly.

ok, pixi if you weight 34 kilos at 14 im suprised your not dead your not just skinny, your DANGEROUSLY underweight really do get help and gain at least 15 kilos because your life is at steak
as for jellybeans43, 60 kilos would be a guess but at your height you should weight more than 50 to find out exactly how much see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in according to your height and age
ok... trust me!! I DONT WANNA BE THIS THIN!!! I stuff my face with food and everything I just dont gain weight! I have been to the doctor and they say there is nothing they can do about!!! I REALLY DONT LIKE BEING SOOO THIN!!! In 2 years I put on half a kg! WHICH IS LIKE AMAZING for me! Dont worry my life is not at risk!!! Thank you for the concerns though! xo
ok pixi I say if you want to gain weight thats great try to build up some muscle by doing squats,bench,situps,pushups stuff like that im 14 and I weigh 114lbs. I gained two pounds of muscle in about a month.I know its not much but if you gain muscle instead of fat,by eating junk food, you would look so much better and toned.it is wayyy healthier too(:
Pixi, if you weigh 34 kilos and your 5'2", you are extremely underweight and like jazlovestoskate said, I'm EXTREMELY surprised you aren't dead. Gain weight become your are NOT at a healthy weight.
jellybeans43, in between 50 and 60 kilos would be a healthy weight for you. Just go to a doctor to make sure.
Well I am 163cm and I weight about 56kg :) I think im a bit too fat and my mum says I should loose about 2 kg and I will look just PERFECT sooo... I think 52-55kg is really good :) oh and I am 15 x.
do some sports and gain muscles? it'll probably naturally make you eat more too and if you gain muscle from that then more weight !! if you gain fat then hey at least you won't be underweight.
ok well I am 14 and I am 5 ft 2 and I weigh 34kgs... but I am very thin!! TOO thin so you should be above my weight! thats all I know! lolx
