  There's no specific weight. You have to take in account how old they are. If they are athletic. And how they are built. And don't always use the BMI's. Because they don't always work... Hope this helped.. Sorry if it didn't...

  between 108 at the least and 145 at the most to be a "healthy weight" according to BMI. any less and your under weight any more and your over weight

  5'4 is between 111-150 those are recuirded health limits anything lower is under weight anything higher is over weight.
