Do you mean a 6x7 cm 120 roll film camera?
If this is what you mean than the price varies a great deal.
In the days before ebay I picked up an old Koni-Omega Rapid with a 120 back and a 90mm lens for $300. It came from a retired wedding photographer and it was well used (looked like it had been through a few wars) but it still takes great pictures. I overpaid, $200 would have been more fair considering the condition. I like rangefinder cameras. If you are looking for a medium format SLR there is the venerable Pentax 6x7. It looks like a 35mm SLR on steroids. At the other end of the price scale are the Mamiyas and Bronicas where complete outfits can cost $thousands.
If you are set on a 6x7 than the Koni-Omega is one of the best inexpensive choices in used cameras. If 6x6 will do than there are lots of inexpensive TLR cameras out there.
