How much does it take to get sponsored in motocross!?!?!?!?

I been riding since I was 5. I have won pole position on 85 alone 35 large events and came 3rd in the queensland titles in 2006. I been racing for 5 years but I havn't had a sponsor even look at me yet when my friends all have numerous ones. and I beat...

them! and yes I do send emails with my achievments to possible sponsors.

First let me ask you a couple of questions.
What have you done to SELL yourself? It's one thing to win races, but just like the tree that falls in the forest. If no one is around does it make a sound?
You see. You know that you have won, your friends know and even your competitors know, but none of them are going to sponsor you are they?
What you need to do is make a resume for yourself, showing how professional you are and WHAT YOU HAVE TO OFFER THE SPONSOR.
It's great that your a winner, but that's not enough anymore. Ever hear of John Daly??? Even when big John was winning his off course antics cost him most of his sponsors.
So in short. Make yourself sellable. Act Professional,Look Professional and drive like a Professional. Put this all in a package or resume and send them out to the people you want to sponsor you.
Even if you don't get picked up right away, you will get some letters and maybe even some interviews, and these will help you if you listen.
If the sponsor didn't pick you up ask why? or what you could do to make it better for them.
SELL YOURSELF.
