I had a girlfriend that was an Escort. When someone hires an Escort they agree to pay the service a standard fee. Anything else given to the Escort is hers to keep (think of a tip). After the allotted time is up and the Escort leaves she gets a percentage of the standard fee. Its usually set at 20%-40% depending on the service.

My ex Girlfriend's take some nights was $2,000 and others was only $100. Still thats not bad for a job.
