How many sit ups can you do in a minute?

homecoming... im the tall one Asked by hoerle2127 about 1 month ago, 5 answers.

In phy ed today I broke the sit ups in a minute record at my school. Im 15 and I did 92.

your 15.
and your telling us that you did 92 PROPER sit ups?

thats 1 1/2 sit ups per second.

your telling us you started from the ground, raised your self all the way up to your knees, lowered yourself all the way to the ground again, during the whole process not arching your back or swinging your arms, and all of this in .50-.75 of a second? 92 times???

show a video. then we can see for sure. hey you did it once right? you can do it again...

not only is that fast but that takes a lot of endurance.
I remember I could only do 80 without a time limit, but in one minute??

When I was 16 I could do about 62 I think
