How many parents would let a member of the opposite sex sleep over.

Asked by sexualettiquite about 1 year ago, 10 answers.

my dad is allowing my guy friend to sleep over and we get to sleep in the same room.
it's really cool but is my dad being too lenient or is the unanimous answer one that parents would have no problem with this. . .

let me know.

haha wow
I think your dad is being a tad bit too lenient
becasue if I was a parent I wouldnt let my daughter and guy sleep in the same room like that
my parents would never allow it either

My parents would never allow it because they are kinda strict. Maybe your parents aren't being too lenient its just they really trust you.

My mother always had the door open to my friends. I was allowed to have both sexes sleep over (including my boyfriend, we slept in the same bed). She figures she'd rather have me at home then prancing around at strangers houses. And by getting to know my friends, she also got to know me. I don't think your dad is lenient, I think he trusts you and it's his way of showing you that he thinks you are responsible enough not to do something stupid. He probably also wants to get to know your friends and give you a chance to develop relationships in a safe environment. It also his way I've saying that you can trust him, if ever you want tot talk to him about anything.
