the age dosent matter but since you are 58 you should be 126 - 154 lbs. its okay if your less or more than that dont worry

it all really depends on how your gain weight, your body type, and your muscle amount.
like me, im 5'8 and 13. I weight 145, and I gain weight extremely evenly and have a lot of muscle, so I look much smaller.

I did your the fact thing on teenshealth.com and it said: The healthy weight for your age and height is between 108 and 158 pounds.

108 is waay underweight though, they're sites a little messed up because of that, but I'd say the lowest you should be at is 120/125.

I weighed 137 when I was 15 and looked darn good! Muscle weighs more than fat so it just depends on how you feel. That is why there is such a broad range of numbers.

I'm 15, I'll be 16 in less than 20 days, I'm about 5'7 and I weigh about 125... doc says I'm pretty healthy and I feel and look just fine... so anywhere around that is good, and a little more because you're taller...
