How many cups of Wu-Yi tea is it safe to drink in a day?

I was just wondering because I heard if you drink too much of it in the same day it can cause you to get diarrhoea.

Is this even true anyway?

I dont know what it causes exactly but if it has caffiene you can get a caffiene overdose. and if that happens you should call poison control
