OKay I think that Im perfect for helping you with this problem I'm about 5'4 and a half and about a week ago I weighed 210 today I weigh 200 and I've been doing this diet where you only eat 1300 calories a day but in certain times of the day only. If you want details send me a comment and I will tell your friend or you step by step how to follow my diet
I was heavy at one time so for each person it's different. 2000 - 1500 a day along with exercise. One way to help from going away from the table hungry is to drink 10 or more oz. of water prior to eating. Also be sure to cut out the junk food chips, candy ect.. Replacing it with fresh veggies ect. And remember not to get discuraged. It can take some time be for a noticeable differance may show. GOOD LUCK !!! If you fall off the diet wagon remember to crawl back on the next day. And yes reward yourself with goal set along the way. And be relealistic using baby steps
