first you need to see a doctor and get your bmi (body mass index) calculated for your height and age he/she will tell you what weight range your in and how much you need to loose/gain if your not in the healthy weight range see a doctor first because you may not need to loose any weight
and you should be eating 2000 calories a day, thats what pretty much every teen should be eating
You should be getting about 2000 calories but you should be fine with in between 1500 and 2000. You dont have to get EXACTLY 2000 to be healthy as some imply up there. I get about 1500 maybe a little less or a little more because I eat very healthily.My doctor says I am perfectly healthy. my metabolism is fine too. it didnt get "bigger"(lol!) or any slower.
At least 1500... and em I've never heard of a metabolism getting bigger lol. It can slow down though which can cause you to put on weight that's why its recommended you make sure you eat breakfast because it kick starts your metabolism for the day. Xo:)
Yeah, like the above said it is said that an average pearson needs to consume 2000 colories a day...

your suppposed to have 2000. if you dont eat that much it makes your metabolism get bigger and then you gain weight.
2000 cals for a regular person and if you eat less you won't loose weight:/
