Any tea, without additive like milk/cream/sugar, are calories free. So whole leaf, orthodox teas are free of any calories.

Hmm... well you would usually look on the back of the box for this.
I know that tea has less caffiene and probably less calories than coffee does. That's about all the advice I can give on this.
Try drinking hot tea after meals though, it helps to digest your food better rather than drinking someting cold.

the rest don't have the nutritional stuff on the packs.

Any whole leaf tea, black, green, white, oolong, yellow are without ANY calories. Calories come in play when people add milk/cream or sugar. The best way to drink these fabulous teas is straight up or neat. For important information about tea, please visit my tea blog at tching.com

I thought tea was low in calories, but I didn't think it was 0 calories.
some teas aren't.

I've got cranberry/raspberry/elderflower herbal tea and raspberry/rose tea = they are both 2 cal's per teabag.

my earl grey tea is less than 1 calories per teabag, so near enough 0.

but my spiced apple tea is 15 calories per teabag!
