um the daily calories your supposed to eat a day is 2,000 plus exercising
so if you weigh 350 lbs then you would have to cut down a lot.
but 3 or 4 months won't do it. Dieting takes a while. So I say try to good!!
you need to find out your BMR.
that's how many calories your body burns everyday just to keep you alive.
there are online calculators.
I suggest eating about the amount of cal's that are your BMR.
for instance if you BMR is 1,800...eat 1,800 cal's...if you do no excercise you'll still be at -1,800 cal's.
of course take off the calories you burn if you do excercise.
each 900 al's you are in the minus is apparently 1lb lost!

How many calories?
Send me Fun Mail
So, I am in excess of 350 pounds. I am getting prepared to go for a gastric bypass in the coming months. I want to loose about 25 to 30 pounds before then. How many calories do I need to restrict myself to daily, if I want to acheive this goal in say 3 to 4 months? Any other tips for loosing weight?
