Its more about the quality, not the quantity.
Someone could give tons of answers, but if they aren't high rated answers than it really doesn't help when wanting to become an advisor.

its how high your answers are rated..
not the amount.
oh ok I understand now...it just seemed that most of the advisors had massive amounts of answers...

Well the advisors tend to be the most active on this site, and therefore they tend, as a group, to have the most answers... However, it isnt automatic. It is dependant on good answers...
