Okay so heres the trick, like what people were saying before it takes practice, so its start with the basics. first off..
1. relax your jaw and lips, dont shut them tight and pronounce the letters A, E, I, O, you with your normal voice, dont distort it.

2. memorize how to replace the impossible pronunciations like: B, F, M, P, Q, V, W with other pronunciations. For example: F=TH, you can study up on this somewhere else.

of course..

It takes some practice, but it is not terribly hard.

How do you do it?

The easiest is to use fake lips that don't move.
