Given a choice what would you prefer an ultra muscular or an ordinary person?

Making long and hard sex is a serious physical performance, so muscles are important for both sexes, however for men muscles are basically important.

its helpful, I can't say for certain as I've only had sex with one guy and he is muscular (skinny but really toned) but I wud have thought its not majorly nessacary of course for a logn period of time and depending on how you liek it will make a big difference. im not muscular at all tho so its not majorly important for girls.

Well, If you are primarily attracted to a muscular frame, then it would be important enough for you, because attraction is what partially drives good sex. And furthermore,
a guy with a gut, and the bigger it is, the less he'll be able to perform; they have
done studies on this. A muscular lover can get you into positions where someone else may not be able to. A muscular body means that that person is in shape, which can prolong sex and stamina. So, a muscular body could be very important for sex.
