How i format my system?

Hi friends,

My system got some problem.when I open 3 or more application.
It becomes very slow . I cant do further operations.

So please help me to solve this problem.

I dono whether my system gets affected by virus.
Please suggest a suitable...

solution to solve this problem.

It could be a virus. Although if you run regularly checks then your program should detect the virus and let you know. It could be that your computer is low on virtual memory in which case you will need to upgrade it. It should only cost about £20.

 
AVG is good. Make sure you update it regularly and run it at least weekly, daily if you surf a lot or other people use your computer.

You should also have a good spyware program which you should run at least once a week.

You should also have a good Registry Cleaner program which you should run at least once a week.

After running the above programs,

If you're running XP, try the following:

Go to:

Start All Programs Accessories System Tools Disk Cleanup

After that is done, go to:

Start All Programs Accessories System Tools Disk Defragmenter

I believe that with both of the above you can still be using your computer while they are performing their task.

Completing everything above should help your computer function faster and more efficiently.
