Well..If you are a soda addict, like I once was, I found it helpful to break the habit. It does have calories in it, but soda has a lot more sugar as well. Vitamin Water has a lot less sugar and calories put together. It does have tons of multi-vitamins in it. But buying muli-v pills could be just as helpful.
Just stay active if you drink Vitamin Water, and it should help.
