It depends on what weight loss surgery you mean.
Lap band is dangerous but you lose about 10kg in the first week but you cant eat things like bread etc. and things like lipo well all the weight is taken off you in the operation but i think the best idea is to exercise because if you get in the right eating habbits and exercise lots it gives your whole body and self esteem a boost and you will become happier and look more beautiful but lipo means you pay lots of $ to loose the weight but keep your same eating habbits and stack it back on.
