well it depends on a lot of factors... every girl is different down there, and every guy is different... so it depends on how big he is and how small you are... but over time you will get more use to the guy... and i have heard a lot of girls like a little pain too... it also depends on what speed he goes... but all in all sex is great with the right person... but sometimes it takes a couple of time before the girl is comfortable... being a virgin it will probably hurt more your first few times... just take it slow use protection and lube... and make sure the guy cares about you and makes it as painless as possible by watching for signs that it hurts you... but most importantly... dont rush sex... wait till you know the person for at least 4 months... or more... and make sure they are right for you
