How do you swim when you have you period.?

My friend is over abd she is to embaresed to ask anyone so she told me too. She wants to know how do you go swimming if you are haveing your period. This could be usefull for me when I start that thing. But now she is bad at me for asking. Lol! But she wants to know if you can show up in your swim suit then just take off your clothes and get in. She wants to know how it works. Please help her! She needs help. Joke!

I dont think she should swim during her period. the discharge might pour in the pool and it will all b a messs. I think she should sit at the side of the pool and her feet down in the water. maybe thats better.

If she has to go swimming, she has to use a Tampon, whether she likes it or not. Who wants to swim around with her nasty fluids in the water? That is so disgusting.

It's not disgusting to go swimming with your period if you wear a tampon. I realize she's young and may not like the idea, but it's not as hard as you might think. Tell her to buy a box and try putting a few in before the party, to get the hang of it. Tell her to read ALL of the instructions very carefully and follow them exactly.
