think that they are now in a better place and that everone dies sometime in there life.... you cant stop the depression... you can only think about all the good you had with them.... its like breaking up with someone you loved and never saw again..... just think about all the good time and how happy you all were...... and just think that everyone has there time and everything happenes for a reason... i mean if it was just you 3 then that would be so hard on you... but just keep strong... and go to someone you can talk to... and if you need to cry... its the best thing to do just to get it all out... they wouldnt expect you not to cry.... its natural....
just keep strong... and good luck in the future...
remember... no1 can hurt them anymore where they are....

Well, actually I'm confused as to whether or not I have depression right now. I see a therapist evry 2 weeks or so and he asvised me to make an appointment with the psychiatrist who will give me an assessment and tell me if she thinks I have depression. Some people can get rid of depression just bu counselling, others have to take anti-depressants along with counselling. In some cases, depression is brough on by bad life experiences, which I would imagine is your case. Other times, it's because of a chemical brain imbalance, which calls for medication. Your best bet is to go speak witha therapist, but I wouldn't say medication is neccesssary. Keep family and friends close and remember the good times and that everything happens for a reason. Your friends life was not in vain. If she/he was friend to even one person, that says something. I've never dealt with the loss of a close person and I won't lye and say I know how it feels, but I can only imagine. Try to focuse on the good things in life like me. Peace!
