How do you soothe cramps?

  try drinking hot tea or somthing like that warm water in a bath or shower,tyelonal,or a hot pad on your stomach and lay down and rest or if you want you can walk around it depends on your body how it will take it thats what I do tho and maybe rub your stomach also good luck I know cramps are a pain lol xxx

  If I don't have to work or anything I take nyquill, benedryl or tylenol pm (anything that'll make me really drowsy) then cuddle with a pillow, curl up in a ball, whine a bit then fall asleep. lol not the best solution but if you're asleep you don't feel the pain!

  Elevate your pelvis on a pillow or two when you lie down, as well, I don't know why this helps but it seems to relieve the cramping somewhat...
