if you have a mighty mouse then lift your finger that you have on the left side then click with the one you have on the right side thats how you secondary click on Mac. or you could just drag the picture off of the page, if you need help with that go to system preferences then mouse and keyboard (sorry if I'm wrong about that I use macbook trackpad). If its not dragable or just want some part of it you can take a screenshot by pressing shift, command, 4 then hold down the mouse and drag the thing.
