Did you ever think it might just be the wind or something natural? You people are unbelievable. You are so steeped in your superstition that you completely discount the simplest or natual explanation in favor of something supernatural.

First you need to alert the church who will send in investegators, then if they have enough evidence to prove that their is a demon, then a priest will come and do an exorcism on your house, car, etc etc...Good Luck...DO NOT ATTEMPT ON YOUR OWNEXORCITS ARE TRAINED FOR THIS KIND OF THING!!!1

This is my understanding:

James 4:7 says, “Submit yourselves, then, to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you.” Resist. What does that mean? It certainly doesn’t mean “ignore” or “compromise with.” It is definitely an action and requires an act of will.

The only defense we have against the devil is a right relationship with God, which includes submission to His will. Sin in our lives is like an invitation for the devil to work. When we entertain sin, we effectively shut out the voice of the Holy Spirit, which gives an opportunity for the devil to move in our lives.

When we face the devil on our own power, the situation is hopeless. But, as believers in Christ, we are promised the power of God in our efforts to thwart the plans of the enemy. “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you…” (Acts 1:8).

When we are walking in the fullness of the grace of God, the devil will come against us, of that you can be assured. He hates for Christians to be in that place. But, in that fullness of relationship with the Lord is where we can hear Him the most clearly. It is also where we can most clearly recognize the working of the enemy.

The devil works in our lives in the forms of deception, doubt, anger, fear and temptation. He even tempted Jesus in the wilderness. Jesus stood firm on the Word of God, and took authority over Satan: “Away from me, Satan! For it is written…” (Matt. 4:10). Even Jesus wasn’t immune to temptation. The issue is not whether we will face temptation; it is what we will do when we face it. The choice is clear: buckle under the force of evil and submit to the working of the enemy, or claim the power that is before you through Jesus Christ—resist, and conquer.

If you have Christ living within your heart, you have the power you need. All you have to do is to believe it. Read about Gods power over demons... and how he gave that power to believers.

Stand on the word of God, and command the devil to flee. Go thru every room of your house, and claim it for God, tell any spirit that is hiding there, that they are no longer welcome, and will have to leave. Take authority in Jesus name. Tell the spirit that the blood of Jesus is against him, and he has to obey.

Thank God for allowing you to have the power over the spirits of darkness, that would try to interfere in your life.

Play a lot of praise and worship music, demons can stand to hear Christ worshiped.

Let us know how it goes.

I agree with Amblesseds answer.

Blessings...

LOL... That was great captain...

I think anyone who really believes that demons really exist needs psychological treatment. They are divorced from reality.

Demons suffer from Santa complex just like all the other supernatural critters.

As soon as you stop believing in them, they no longer have any power.

First of all, allow me to say that I believe you. I am a Christian, and I have had my fair share of experiences with spirit creatures. Also, you must first understand what you are dealing with. There is more to them than the name demon. There is a scripture in the Bible that reads:

So down the great dragon was hurled, the original serpant, the one called Devil and Satan, who is misleading the entire inhabited earth. He was hurled down to the earth, and his angels were hurled down with him.

These are rebellious spirit-sons of God who were cast out of heaven after they battled with Jesus and Jesus' angels, and lost the war in heaven. They used to have approved positions in heaven along with their invisible spirit brothers, but proved resistant to God's authority, so God permitted Jesus to remove them from heaven. And contrary to what someone posted about not believing in them and they have no power, this only proves the danger of lack of knowledge regarding the spirit realm.

These beings were created by God long before humans were created, so our belief or disbelief does not give them power or take it away--just like humans are endowed with the gift to procreate our own offspring, or learn different languages, regardless if people believe we can do these things, so too spirit-creatures are endowed with great physical strength and other abilties that humans do not have--whether we believe in their abilities or not.

Now, my question to you is this: What are you doing, or have you done, to invite these spirit-creatures around you? Typically they will come around you if you visit spirit-mediums, psychics, use tools of divination, or associate with others who do these things. Astrology is also a tool they use to involve themselves in the lives of humans. This is why Jesus cautioned HIS followers to abstain from these practices and from those who practice these things, because by doing these things, humans are unwittingly consorting with Satan and the demons.

Next: if you have any items in your home, or jewelry to this effect, that allows communication with the demons, you MUST get rid of these items, for it is written:
You cannot be drinking from the cup of God, and from the cup of demons; you cannot be partaking from the table of God, and from the table of demons. 1Corinthians 10:21

And most imperatively, demons and Satan KNOW who the True God is. These spirit creatures also know who the worshippers of the True God are, and they distinguish between those who don't know God, and those who do. This is the common English name of God: Jehovah. The common Hebrew name of God is Yaweh, and is denoted by what is commonly called the Tetragrammaton--or, the Four Letters. These spirit-creatures KNOW this name, and they don't like it, because they know Who it belongs to, and they fear It's Owner!

The Bible-writer James declared: You believe there is one God, do you? You are doing quite well. And yet the demons believe and shudder! James 2:19
But you can't use God's name to serve selfish purposes, because these spirit-creatures know the difference. Get to know the True God, learn what He requires, and the demons will leave you because they KNOW they cannot stand against the True God, Jehovah! If you have anymore questions, feel free to ask. You can also visit
http://www.watchtower.org/ In the search box, type in: demons, and at least 56 results will come up. You will find detailed answers that will provide you with invaluable resources.

It's important for you to make the decision what you really want in terms of drawing close to God, and absolutely removing the demons from your life. Like it or not, they are down here on earth with us until God gives the go-ahead for Jesus to abyss them, and until that time, we have to choose sides--God's, or theirs.

I am sorry, but you people have to stop this nonsense. This is going way beyond belief in god. If you think you have demons in your house, then YOU ARE DELUSIONAL!!! You need help!!!

My mother used to see 'reds under the bed' as we used to tease her. Her demons were communists and she believed every socialist or union action might be an attempt by the Soviet Union to take power in the UK. Obviously she had a point - the USSR did have agents and would have taken power if it could, although it was probably far from doing so (despite that great book 'The Fourth Protocol').

My point here is that I believe that talk about demons is something similar. I believe in evil, I believe in the devil, but I believe that Christians can get greatly carried away attributing natural or coincidental events to the powers of evil. Evil exists, the devil (like my mum's USSR) would like to take over, but not every 'bang' is demonic, just as not every union leader was a Soviet agent.

Amblessed's advice doesn't talk about exorcism or revoking demons, it simply states that standing up for Jesus and calling for His aid is all the strength we need to resist evil. I find his answer Biblical, balanced and non-sensationalist. Thanks, amblessed.
